From Friday, August 28 through Sunday, August 30, 2026, bring a retail regret to a JCPenney store and receive a coupon for $15 off a qualifying purchase of $50 or more.

JCPenney’s official announcement describes the donation as “any retail regret,” but its published terms do not define exact trade-in categories or item-condition requirements.

What Can You Purchase With the Coupon?
The coupon applies to select original-, regular- and sale-priced merchandise in categories including:

- Shoes

- Salon products
- Select JCPenney Beauty products
- Home merchandise
At the $50 qualifying threshold, the $15 discount represents savings of up to 30% before taxes.
Important Coupon Exclusions
The coupon cannot be used on:
- Clearance merchandise
- In-store services or service plans
- Gift cards
- Closing-store purchases
- Current orders or previous purchases
- Certain third-party seller merchandise
- Taxes or shipping charges
The coupon cannot be combined with another coupon, but it may be combined with earned JCPenney CashPass Rewards. It has no cash value, reproductions will not be accepted, and JCPenney associates are not eligible.
