Coming October 15, 2026: eligible Taco Bell Rewards members can choose a free Milk Bar Birthday Cake Empanada as their birthday reward, instead of a regular Mountain Dew Baja Blast Freeze. Taco Bell confirms the empanada reward option runs October 15–28 at participating U.S. restaurants, while supplies last. No purchase is required to redeem.
The DealsFinders Instagram artwork highlights birthdays October 15–28 and says members may qualify. Taco Bell’s announcement describes that range as the empanada redemption window. Do not assume a birthday in that range alone guarantees a reward; check what is issued to your account.
How to check and redeem your birthday reward
- Make sure your birthday is recorded in your profile.
- Open My Rewards and look for your birthday offer. Choose Redeem to see the available item choices.
- During October 15–28, select the empanada if offered, then confirm that it is free in your app order before submitting.
Taco Bell’s Rewards FAQ explains that rewards are redeemed through the app. Creating an account is not evidence that this birthday offer has already been issued.
Limits and dates
The birthday reward lasts 31 days from issuance, but the empanada choice has the shorter October 15–28 window. Redemption must be through the Taco Bell app, including pickup or delivery orders. One reward is allowed per transaction; it cannot be transferred or combined with another offer. Substitutions, upgrades and add-ons are excluded.
