Updated August 22, 2026

Instacart is running a Deal Week promotion that lets shoppers score freebies all week long. This limited‑time offer gives you the chance to add complimentary items to your grocery order without paying extra.

Why this Instacart Deal Week freebies deal stands out

• Free items are automatically added to qualifying orders, no coupon code needed.
• Great for families or anyone who orders groceries weekly.
• Typical savings range from $5 to $15 per order, depending on the promotion.
• Works with Instacart’s wide selection of grocery brands and local stores.

How to grab the deal at Instacart

1. Click the SHOP HERE button above to visit Instacart’s Deal Week page.
2. Sign in or create a free Instacart account.
3. Add eligible items to your cart; the freebies will appear automatically.
4. Complete checkout – the free items are deducted at checkout.

Savings tips & price context

Even without the freebies, Instacart often offers free‑delivery thresholds (usually $35). Pair the Deal Week promotion with a delivery fee waiver to maximize value. Compare the promotional items to their regular retail price on the store’s website. You’ll often see a $5‑$15 discount, turning a regular purchase into a freebie.
