Use Curology’s official site to begin a provider consultation. Prescription eligibility and the products included depend on that review. The service is for U.S. residents where available. Users must be adults under applicable state law, or at least 13 with parent or guardian consent; additional restrictions apply.
For example, Custom Formula Rx and DayPrime Rx each cost $29.95 per month after the introductory offer, billed as $59.90 per approximately 60-day shipment. Other formulas and added products can cost more; applicable tax is extra. Review the complete order total and next billing date before subscribing.
Recurring shipments and charges continue until canceled. Cancel through the payment-information section of your account at least two business days before the next shipment to avoid its charge. The earlier “Prime plan,” guaranteed-results and same-day-shipping claims are withdrawn. No fixed promotional end date is published.
