We may earn a commission when you buy through our links, at no extra cost to you.
Our September 23 Instagram roundup showcases seven Wednesday food offers that span a variety of quick‑service favorites. Highlights include free smoothies, $2 small snacks at Sonic, and a buy‑one‑get‑one free medium sub at Firehouse Subs.
The deal
Each deal is designed to give you a tasty treat without breaking the bank.
Why we like it
The Sonic promotion offers small snacks for just $2 during a limited 2–5 p.m. window, but it’s only valid through the app or online ordering platform. While we couldn’t verify the exact timing on the current Sonic Rewards page, the Instagram artwork suggests the discount is active for a short afternoon window. Be sure to confirm the price and eligible snack sizes before you place your order.
Key features
Firehouse Subs runs a classic buy‑one‑get‑one free deal on medium subs, but it’s tied to an MLB extra‑innings promotion. The offer is only available Monday through Wednesday when a Friday‑Sunday MLB game goes into extra innings. To claim the free sub, you’ll need to redeem through the Firehouse app or website, and the promotion must be active for that specific game week.
Who it's for
These deals are perfect for lunch‑breakers, families looking for a quick dinner, or anyone craving a snack on a budget. Whether you’re a sports fan tracking MLB games or just want a cheap bite, the offers provide value and convenience. Keep an eye on the app notifications and store listings to make sure the promotions are still live.
Bottom line
All offers are available through the respective restaurant apps or online ordering portals. Some may require you to check the local store or app for final confirmation, as availability can vary by location. Remember that these promotions are time‑sensitive and may have limited quantities, so act quickly to enjoy the savings.
