Visit the NASA webpage to transmit your name to Mars – https://mars.nasa.gov/participate/send-your-name/ website.
Type in your email address, postal code, and first and last names.
Select “Send My Name” from the menu.
Your name will be engraved onto a microchip along with a list of other people’s names. The microchip will be affixed to the upcoming NASA Mars mission, which is anticipated to launch in the middle of the 2020s.

A boarding pass confirmation email with your name and the mission it will travel on will be sent to you. Additionally, you can keep track of your “Frequent Flyer” miles and sign up for alerts for “Send Your Name to Mars” events like launches and landings.
