This train-themed celebration will take place in Sam’s Club parking lots across the country beginning November 4th. Available at select clubs only, the Merry Express will feature food, games, gifts, and even a visit from Santa himself!

See the list of participating clubs here and select a location near you. Then, select a time to reserve your spot.

When you arrive at Sam’s Club, check in at the Ticket Booth. We’ll activate your digital passport, which will grant you access to Santa’s Engine, Gift Car, Dining Car, Burt’s Bees® Caboose, and club stations. At each visit, you’ll get a passport stamp, and at the conclusion, you’ll get a special present. Registration for time slots in select cities begins on October 20.

–Santa’s Engine – A very special passenger is on its way to you! Santa will be available for photos at the time allotted to you.
Gift Car – Unwrap happiness with our massive claw at the Gift Car.
–Dining Car – Indulge in delectable holiday travel snacks from the Dining Car.
–Burt’s Bees® Caboose – At the Burt’s Bees Caboose, you can play our Reindeer Ring Toss game.
–Final Stop! – Inside, there’s even more festive excitement with free samples from the Chew Chew Train and Freeosk.

Note that there is a limit of four people per time slot, and an adult (18+) must be present with your group. Dates are also limited, with each participating club hosting the Merry Express for one day only.
