Free McDonald’s Thank You Meals for Healthcare Workers and First Responders (Starts April 22nd)

McDonald’s is showing its appreciation for healthcare workers, police officers, firefighters and paramedics who are on the front lines of the coronavirus crisis with a free meal – no coupons needed!

Starting April 22nd and running through May 5th, these Thank You Meals will be available during breakfast, lunch or dinner at no charge to frontline responders at participating McDonald’s restaurants nationwide.

They will be served in McDonald’s iconic Happy Meal boxes and feature a choice of sandwich, drink, and a side along with a note of appreciation (limit of one meal per person per day).

To order a free meal, frontline workers will just need to show their work badge or wear their uniform. They will then receive one of the following options via drive-through or carry-out:

  • Breakfast – Choice of an Egg McMuffin, Chicken McGriddles, or Bacon, Egg and Cheese Biscuit. Includes any size soft drink, tea, or hot coffee and a hash brown.
  • Lunch and Dinner – Choice of a Double Cheeseburger, 6-Piece Chicken McNuggets, or a Filet-O-Fish. Includes any size soft drink, tea, or hot coffee and small fries.
