JCPenney offers a free Color Your Own Pencil Pouch Craft Activity at participating stores on the second Saturday of each month. The event is held from 11am to 12pm, and kids can create their own custom pencil pouch to use for back-to-school. The kit includes a blank pencil pouch, markers, and a hedgehog zipper pull.
