TGI Fridays Is Giving Away Meals Through Oct. 23

In a show of support for federal workers impacted by the current government shutdown, several restaurant chains and local eateries are offering special deals, discounts, and free food.
TGI Fridays has specifically stepped up with a nationwide offer for essential but unpaid federal employees.
TGI Fridays’ Offer for Air Travel Workers
TGI Fridays announced that they will provide one complimentary meal per day to Transportation Security Administration (TSA) and air traffic control workers.
Duration: The offer is valid through October 23, 2025, or until the government shutdown is lifted, whichever comes first.
Who is Eligible: TSA and air traffic control workers.
The Offer: One free meal daily from a specially curated menu, which includes favorites like their signature Cheeseburger with fries, Chicken Fingers with fries, or a Crispy/Grilled Chicken Sandwich with fries.
How to Redeem: Workers must present a valid employee identification badge.
