Starting today, September 21st, and running through October 4th, Target is holding its popular Car Seat Trade-In Event.
This is a great opportunity to get a new car seat or other baby gear while responsibly recycling your old one. Here’s how it works:
How to Participate:
- Bring in your old car seat: Gather any type of car seat (infant, convertible, booster, or a base) — even if it’s expired, damaged, or has been in a crash.
- Find the drop-off box: Head to your local participating Target store and locate the designated drop-off box near Guest Services.
- Get your coupon: Use your phone to scan the QR code on the box. This will add a 20% off Target Circle coupon to your app’s Wallet.
- Shop and save: You can use your coupon on a new car seat, car seat base, travel system, stroller, or select baby gear (like playards, swings, and high chairs). The coupon is good for two separate purchases and can be used both in-store and online.
This event is a great way to ensure your child has the safest and most up-to-date gear while helping the environment.
