On the first of every month at 9 a.m., you’ll get our Freebies newsletter containing digital coupons. PST/12 p.m. EST.
To “clip” each digital coupon, click on it on the Sprouts app. No printed coupons are required.
Limited quantities of coupon clips are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
You won’t see the digital coupons on the Sprouts app after they expire.
Tips: The Sprouts app will only display free items that are currently offered in the location of your choice. If you can’t find your freebie, try choosing a different store!
