March 22nd is Lakeshore Learning’s FREE Texture Making Event!

Lakeshore Learning is renowned for organizing entertaining, instructive, and imaginative activities that unite educators, families, and students of all ages. They welcomed people to explore the world of tactile exploration by hosting a free Texture Making Event on March 22nd from 11am – 3pm. The purpose of the event was to promote creativity, experiential learning, and the exploration of novel approaches to creating textures with diverse materials.

Children and adults alike had a great opportunity to explore the sense of touch at Lakeshore Learning’s Texture Making Event. Participants were encouraged to play with color, forms, and patterns while learning how to create various textures using commonplace materials like cloth, paper, and natural materials. The occasion was the ideal balance of fun and education since it allowed attendees to:
