JCPenney is inviting kids to participate in a free creative activity event on October 14 from 11 am to noon local time where they may create their own haunted house or fall scene! In the haunted home craft, foam bases are used for the house, tombstones, ghosts, and bat, while for the fall scene, foam bases are used for the scarecrow, crow, and wheat pieces.
